A real program with real support, real resources, and real results,  designed to meet you where you are and walk with you every step of the way toward a stable future for you and your children. New LVL's Housing Stability & Thrive Program is more than a housing program. It is a life-changing 8-week experience that equips you with the tools, coaching, and financial support you need to not just survive,  but to truly thrive. You have been carrying this long enough. What the Program Includes:

Over 8 weeks, you will attend four hands-on sessions led by your own dedicated Empowerment Coach covering housing stabilization and tenant rights, workforce development, financial literacy, and resource navigation. Upon successful completion you will receive a 90-day rental subsidy paid directly to your landlord across three consecutive months, a personalized 12-month self-sufficiency plan, and ongoing support to make sure the stability you build continues well beyond the program.

• Sessions held on Saturdays & Sundays

• Rental subsidy distributed over 3 months following program milestones

• Cohort size: 10 families per cohort

• Location: San Diego County

• Cost to participant: Free

Do You Qualify?

This program is designed for single mothers who are currently residing in San Diego County, experiencing housing instability, frequently paid rent late, have late fees, or behind on rent and ready to fully commit to all four program sessions. Spots fill quickly.
