NEW LVL PROJECTS

Building Pathways to Stability, Growth, and Empowerment — One Project at a Time

New LVL is committed to breaking cycles of instability by developing programs that empower single mothers and families through access to housing, technology, and community resources. Our projects are built around one goal: to bridge gaps where aid ends by providing real solutions that foster self-sufficiency, education, and economic growth. From housing partnerships to digital empowerment initiatives, we’re building a stronger foundation for San Diego’s families, one opportunity at a time.

TECHNOLOGY ACCESS INITIATIVE

Unlocking Digital Opportunity with Purpose, Knowledge, and Confidence for Generational Growth

New LVL’s Technology Access Initiative bridges the digital gap for single mothers by providing laptops, software, and training to support career growth and financial independence. Through technology, clients gain the ability to apply for jobs, pursue online education, access affordable housing opportunities and

strengthen their financial literacy. By partnering with local tech organizations and community sponsors, New LVL is helping women gain the digital tools and confidence they need to thrive in today’s workforce and build lasting stability for their families.

THE DIGITAL EMPOWERMEMT LAB

Building Digital Access with Purpose, Knowledge, and Confidence for Lifelong Empowerment.

In partnership with the City of San Diego Parks & Recreation, New LVL is launching the Digital Empowerment Lab, beginning at Skyline Park & Recreation Center. This initiative was created to bridge the gap in access to technology within community spaces that families already rely on. Many parents, especially single mothers, use local parks and recreation centers as safe and affordable environments for their children to learn and grow, yet few of

these centers offer the technology or resources needed to support digital learning and development. The Digital Empowerment Lab brings computers, internet access, and hands-on workshops directly into these spaces, providing families with tools to pursue education, employment, and personal growth. By expanding to additional park sites, New LVL is meeting families where they are and empowering communities through access, education, and opportunity.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT

Developing Housing with Purpose, Dignity, and Healing for Lasting Community Impact.

San Diego County faces a critical shortage of affordable and stable housing for single mothers and their children. With thousands of families waiting for safe, supportive homes, New LVL is focused on bridging this gap through strong partnerships and community collaboration. We are actively seeking to work with property managers, developers, and

landowners who share our vision of increasing the number of available beds and affordable units for families in need. By building these partnerships, New LVL aims to expand access to safe, dignified housing that empowers mothers to rebuild stability, independence, and lasting opportunity for their families.
