SAN DIEGO AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT

New LVL has several upcoming affordable housing developments in San Diego, aimed at providing safe, stable, and dignified living spaces for individuals and families in need. These projects include an apartment complex that has already opened, offering multiple affordable housing units, a house that has been converted into affordable housing for families, an apartment designed for both

single-occupancy and family housing, and a church that has been transformed into a multi-housing unit for transitional and affordable living. These developments will help expand affordable housing options while integrating support services such as financial literacy, workforce development, and case management to ensure long-term resident success.

AVAILABLE AFFORDABLE HOUSING

A private room is available in a fully furnished 3-bedroom unit exclusively for women seeking safe, stable, and affordable housing. This program provides support services to help women achieve independence, including financial literacy, job readiness, and personal development. The unit features individual bathrooms, shared common areas, and essential amenities. Rent is $1,500 per month, and utilities may be included or shared.
