The New LVL Technology Access Initiative is designed to reduce barriers to technology by providing individuals and families with access to essential devices, internet connectivity, and digital resources. This initiative ensures participants have the tools they need to engage in education, employment opportunities, telehealth, and essential online services.
By addressing technology gaps with intention and dignity, the Technology Access Initiative supports long-term stability, digital inclusion, and economic opportunity—empowering families to stay connected, informed, and prepared in an increasingly digital world.
THE DIGITAL EMPOWERMEMT LAB

The New LVL Digital Lab is a community-based space designed to bridge the digital divide by providing individuals and families with access to technology, digital literacy training, and workforce development support. The lab offers hands-on learning, device access, and guidance to help participants build essential digital skills needed for education, employment, and everyday life.
By pairing technology access with wraparound support, the Digital Lab promotes long-term stability, economic mobility, and confidence—ensuring participants are not only connected, but empowered to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT
Developing Housing with Purpose, Dignity, and Healing for Lasting Community Impact.
San Diego County faces a critical shortage of affordable and stable housing for single mothers and their children. With thousands of families waiting for safe, supportive homes, New LVL is focused on bridging this gap through strong partnerships and community collaboration. We are actively seeking to work with property managers, developers, and landowners who
share our vision of increasing the number of available beds and affordable units for families in need. By building these partnerships, New LVL aims to expand access to safe, dignified housing that empowers mothers to rebuild stability, independence, and lasting opportunity for their families.
