NEW LVL PROJECTS

Building Pathways to Stability, Growth, and Empowerment — One Project at a Time

New LVL is committed to breaking cycles of instability by developing programs that empower single mothers and families through access to housing, technology, and community resources. Our projects are built around one goal: to bridge gaps where aid ends by providing real solutions that foster self-sufficiency, education, and economic growth. From housing partnerships to digital empowerment initiatives, we’re building a stronger foundation for San Diego’s families, one opportunity at a time.

TECHNOLOGY ACCESS INITIATIVE

Unlocking Digital Opportunity with Purpose, Knowledge, and Confidence for Generational Growth

The New LVL Technology Access Initiative is designed to reduce barriers to technology by providing individuals and families with access to essential devices, internet connectivity, and digital resources. This initiative ensures participants have the tools they need to engage in education, employment opportunities, telehealth, and essential online services.

By addressing technology gaps with intention and dignity, the Technology Access Initiative supports long-term stability, digital inclusion, and economic opportunity—empowering families to stay connected, informed, and prepared in an increasingly digital world.

Stabilize & Thrive Housing Program

Stabilizing Families Before Crisis Strikes, Real Support, Real Accountability, Bridging the Gap Between Crisis and Independence

The Stabilize & Thrive Housing Program provides single mothers at risk of losing their housing with a 90-day rental subsidy of $500 per month, paid directly to their landlord. Every dollar is tied to active program participation, including two required in-person workshops per month covering financial literacy, budgeting, workforce development, goal setting, and resource connections. Unlike traditional assistance programs that distribute funds without accountability or a plan, every subsidy we provide is paired with structure, support, and a clear path forward.

Our support does not end when the subsidy does. Every graduate receives continued access to New LVL's Empowerment Portal and Resource Hub for ongoing coaching, tools, and community connections. True prevention happens before a mother misses a payment. Through proactive check-ins and real-time resources, we address setbacks before they become a crisis.

We do not just write a check. We build the foundation so she never needs one again.

TRANSITIONAL  HOUSING PROJECT

Developing Housing with Purpose, Dignity, and Healing for Lasting Community Impact.

San Diego County has only 101 designated shelter beds for single mothers and their children, leaving thousands of families without safe, stable housing options. New LVL is on a mission to change that.

We are actively working to convert commercial property into a dedicated transitional housing facility exclusively for single mothers and their children in San Diego County.

This project will create safe, dignified, and supportive housing paired with New LVL's full wraparound services, giving families the stability and resources they need to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.

We are seeking investors, developers, donors, and community partners who share our vision and want to be part of building something transformational for San Diego families.
